What is the minimum order amount? The minimum order amount is $250. Set-up charges and freight are not included. You can mix and match styles and sizes in order to achieve the $250. You still have to order the minimum order quantity indicated on each catalog page.

How do I order a sample?  We provide printed samples for $6.00 each. There are no set-up charges for samples. We will email a picture to you for approval. This allows you to see exactly how the finished bear will look.  If you pay for the UPS shipping, we can ship the sample to you. Please send us your artwork and we will reply with an invoice for the sample.

How is the case pack used? The case pack is mentioned at the bottom of each catalog page. The case pack allows you to determine how many boxes we are shipping for your order. You can order any quantity you want.

What does the pricing include?  The pricing at the bottom of each catalog page includes the teddy bear or stuffed animal with the printed t-shirt or accessory. A one-color imprint is included. Our standard imprint colors are black, white, red and blue. You can choose the shirt color. The t-shirt can be exchanged at no cost for any accessory that has red colored pricing.

How long does it take for delivery? The lead time for production is 10 - 14 days. The lead time for delivery is based upon your location. UPS is our standard method of shipping.  FedEx is available upon request. We are shipping from New York. A freight quote is provided for every order. We can also ship using your UPS or FedEx account.

What are the payment terms? The terms are prepaid. You can submit payment by check, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard or American Express (AMEX). If you prefer to pay by credit card, please complete a Credit Card Authorization Form and fax the form to us. All credit card payments require this signed form. All your information is kept private and secure. We do not share your information with any company or person.

How much are the set-up charges? The set-up charge is $30.00 per order. Our standard imprint colors are black, white, red and blue. Our standard blue is PMS 293 and the red is PMS 185. If you require PMS / Pantone color matching, please add an additional $50.00 per color. The set-up charge applies to reorders.

Do you accept orders from outside the United States? We service the needs of customers worldwide. Please email us your shipping address for a freight quote. You are responsible for all duty and import fees. We can ship using your UPS, FedEx or Purolator account number.  In a rare occasion, we will use the Post Office.  Canadian customers can use Purolator for delivery.

Do you offer better pricing for large orders? If you order large quantity, we can have your order manufactured in China and shipped directly to you. You will save money but the lead time for delivery to your location is 75 days. These orders are quoted on an individual basis. You can choose the color of the bear and make any changes as needed to our design.

Can you manufacture custom designs or mascots? That's our core business. We have manufactured thousands of custom designs for our customers. Please refer to the later pages in our catalog to see examples of custom plush toys and mascots. Our custom plush toys are made in China. A lead time of 75 days is needed for manufacturing and delivery to New York.
